A starting point, not a limit. Change the dimensions, materials, colours and details — or send an entirely original design. We will review it and quote production and shipping.

YOUR IDEA. NOT JUST OUR CATALOGUE.
Imagine it. Make it yours.
Your own design is welcome. Send us a sketch, photo, mood board, floor plan or simply an idea. We turn your vision into a tailored design and a quote to have it built and shipped to your destination.
Virtually anything can be tailored.
From a single bespoke piece to an entire prefab home, you are not limited to the designs on this website.
- Furniture, made around you
- Change the size, shape, fabric, timber, colour, finish and details — or start with an original design for one piece or a complete room.
- Prefab homes, your way
- Customise the floor plan, room layout, exterior, glazing, roof, kitchen and interior finishes around your site, lifestyle and budget.
- Every space. Every detail.
- Bring kitchens, bathrooms, gardens, pool finishes, lighting and decoration together in one coordinated project brief.
Send your idea
Share your references, approximate dimensions, budget and delivery country. A finished technical drawing is not needed to start.
Customise & get a quote
We review feasibility, refine the specification and prepare an itemised proposal for production, packing and shipping, with inclusions and exclusions clearly stated.
Approve, build & ship
Once you approve the design, specifications and quote, we coordinate manufacturing, agreed quality checks and shipment with our factory and logistics partners.
Customisation is subject to technical feasibility, materials and local requirements. Prefab structures need destination-specific engineering and approvals. Duties, site works and installation are confirmed separately; we do not guarantee that every idea can be built as submitted.
THE RIGHT START MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
Let’s make it yours.
Build a cohesive home rather than a collection of disconnected purchases. Work with our design team to align your furniture, cabinetry, surfaces, lighting and finishes, then source the right materials through our supplier network.
What we can help with
- Design direction, layouts and a coordinated material palette
- Sourcing for cabinetry, surfaces, lighting and fixtures
- Sample and specification coordination across suppliers
- Consolidation planning and pre-shipment quality checks
A few things to know
Design deliverables and the materials included are defined in your proposal. Electrical, fire, structural and product certification requirements should be checked for your market.
BEFORE YOU COMMIT
The details worth knowing.
New to sourcing in China? You’re in the right place.
Yes. Send sketches, photos, mood boards, floor plans or simply your idea. You do not have to choose from our catalogue: we can tailor virtually every aspect of furniture and prefab homes, from dimensions, fabrics and finishes to layouts, façades and interior details. We review feasibility, refine the specification and provide an itemised production and shipping proposal. After you approve the design and quote, we coordinate the build, agreed checks and shipment. Technical feasibility, local engineering and permits still apply; taxes, site works and installation are confirmed separately.
We can discuss cabinetry, surfaces, tiles, lighting, sanitaryware, hardware and coordinated interior finishes. Your proposal defines the exact categories and design deliverables. Share a material schedule, drawings and destination requirements so suitable suppliers can be shortlisted.
Agree a reference palette and physical samples before production. Record material names, finish codes, dimensions and acceptable variations. Stone and timber naturally vary; drawings, samples and written tolerances provide a clearer reference than screen images alone.
Requirements depend on the product and destination. Electrical, plumbing, fire and structural products can need specific testing or approvals. Have qualified local advisers confirm what is required, then ask suppliers for documents that match the exact product. Inspection does not replace certification.
