This notice explains how XCI Home uses information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, destination, service interests, budget, preferred contact channel, optional project type, timing and notes, and your consent. We also store the enquiry page, selected button, language, landing path, referral hostname and any campaign source, medium and name available for this visit. We do not store full referring URLs or advertising click identifiers.
How we use it
We use this information to review your project, respond through your preferred channel and prepare relevant sourcing or design discussions. An enquiry is not a purchase or a booking. We do not use this consent to subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our hosted database. There is no public enquiry directory or public read-access endpoint. Relevant service providers may process information needed to host the website and handle your request. Information may be processed outside your country, including by our team in China.
Your choices
Only share information needed for your project; do not include payment information or identity documents. To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form and include your previous reference. We retain enquiry information only for the relevant business purpose and any applicable legal obligations.
Website measurement
The published website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visits and interaction events, such as opening an enquiry, progressing through the form and successfully saving it. Names, email addresses, contact details, budgets and project notes are not included in these events. Campaign attribution is stored with an enquiry, not used to subscribe you to marketing. We use no advertising cookies or browser local storage for your form details.
Project files and workspace records
If you choose to attach a plan or reference, it is stored privately with your enquiry or project. Project accounts store room selections, specifications, proposal versions, approval decisions and progress updates. Project access is restricted to the account owner and coordinators they authorize. Never upload identity documents or unrelated personal data. Contact us through the enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion.
